You’ve heard of racial profiling, but what about jersey profiling? Specifically, what about wearing one team’s jersey while traveling through the city of another team? That’s what Alyson Galen, a Dallas fan, claims happened to her when she walked through the Philly Airport.

She had on a Jason Witten jersey (first of all, she should have had Romo’s pink jersey on, then they might have thought she was Jessica Simpson and left her alone.) But no, instead she was asked to step aside by the airport screener and asked, “how’s it feel to be a Cowboys fan in Philadelphia.” Here’s a video with Galen describing her ordeal.

I can’t help wondering if all this could have been avoided by a better Philly season! After all, then the poor airport folks would have taken pity on a Cowboy’s fan. You think?
